Wordless Wednesday: Random Toronto

  1. i used to work in the general area of several of these photos... i know it looks a lot different now, than it did back then, but i have to say, i really miss the lunch hour of the work day in that area of the city. you could walk 10 minutes in any direction and find any world cuisine you wanted. i grew up in the country, and moved FURTHER into the country, and i wouldn't trade the trees and pastures for anything, but there are days when you have a hankerin' for something and you know you just won't find it out here in the land of coors light and white wonderbread ;)

    1. Thanks for your comment, Dave. I'm glad I brought you some fond memories. We stayed in a wonderful Airbnb just north of Bloor, between Avenue Road and Spadina, in the Annex. I'm a city folk so I loved that we could walk just about everywhere we wanted to visit on this trip.
