Where In Ottawa LVI

I may be rusty: it's been a while.

Even though I returned to my blog after a few months on hiatus, I didn't quite bring back my photo challenge, Where In Ottawa. Starting this month, that changes.

For you who have never played it, or even for those of you who have but need as much of a refresher as I do, here's the gist of it:

Below you will see a photo that I shot somewhere in Ottawa. Your job is to identify it and leave your guess in the Comments section of this blog post.

And here's where I need to really stress that only those who leave an answer on this blog post can be considered for the challenge. Every time that I run a Where In Ottawa challenge, there is always someone who contacts me through Twitter or Facebook, or even by e-mail with the answer. Many times, the answer is correct, but I won't respond to that guess because it isn't left here.

For every day that the challenge isn't solved, I'll leave a clue in the top-right corner of the blog.

The first person to correctly identify the location wins the challenge. You can guess as many times as you like. Only bragging rights are claimed by the winner.

Ready for this month's photo? Here it is:

Think you know Ottawa? Prove it!

    1. Jeez, Jonathan, did you roam the city using Google Street View to find this location? Whatever method you used, you're correct. Do you know what this spot is called?

      Brown's Inlet.

      Congratulations!

    2. I knew it was one of the inlets near the canal as evidenced by the water and the style of lamp posts. My first guess was the one further up the canal but I double checked on Google Street View to confirm and realized it had to be this one. :)

    3. You don't know how close I came to cropping out that lamp post.
