Bijagua: The Video
It's my first YouTube video of 2026.
There is so much of this region of Bijagua that I left on the cutting floor. I didn't use any of the video footage that showed the town of Bijagua, where we stayed for four nights, now more than a month ago.
I left out the part of our hike, through Tenorio Volcano National Park, where we encountered a viper on the trail. I didn't mention either brewery that we visited.
Why? Because I shared those details on this blog.
Pinned to the top of the Comments section of the video, I've included links to those blog posts, for anyone who's interested. For Part 1 of our Costa Rica video, I give just the essentials of our time in the Bijagua rainforests and on the plains of Palo Verde.
Have a watch:
I'm hoping to have the second part of our trip ready to go in the next couple of weeks, if not sooner. And it won't be long before it's ice-out conditions (fingers crossed) and I'll start making kayaking videos again.
Stay tuned.
Happy Monday!
