Beauty and Intimacy

After looking at my ugly mug in the posts of the past couple of days, I thought I'd give you someone much better to look at.


Sarah Slean performed an intimate show at the NAC Studio last night (and on the night before, too), and Lori and I were mesmerized by the beauty of her music.


If you haven't heard her new double-album, Land & Sea, it's a must for any collection. Clever, toe-tapping pop and beautiful orchestral pieces. This woman oozes talent.


And she's easy on the eyes.


And yes, she's still in my top five. So after last night's performance, I feel a little closer (even if she doesn't know that).
