Where In Ottawa: The October Edition

It's that time again: the first Monday of the month.

It's time for Where In Ottawa.

The rules are simple: the following photo was shot somewhere in the greater Ottawa-Gatineau area. It's up to you to tell me where that location is. The first person who comes up with the correct location and leaves the answer in the Comments area of this post wins the challenge.

If you follow me on Twitter or on Facebook, don't send your guess there. It won't count and I won't respond. Your answer must be published to this post only.

If you are the first person to correctly solve the challenge, I will give you a PDF copy of my novel, Songsaengnim: A Korea Diary. If you have already won the challenge, you are ineligible for the PDF but you can claim bragging rights that you truly know this city.

Are you ready? Here is this month's challenge:

Think you know Ottawa? Prove it!

And good luck.
